Individual log files would not update to the primary configuration variable in /code/class.theme.php file.
Symptoms:
Even after adjusting log file size in the config file the log remained the same size.
Solution:
Upgrade file /code/class.theme.php to newest version (MuCMS 3.2c)

Site Backup utility continually produced corrupted zip and tar files.
Symptoms:
When attempting to unzip or untar a backup numerous errors appeared.
Solution:
Backup feature removed until further notice. Work on php backup solution (that does not require another binary) is in progress.
Status:
Resolved - feature removed until rework can be performed. (As of 3.0RC6)
Bug #1: (28Nov2007.1) Impact: Minor
This bug was reclassified after investigation.
Info:
Any url get / post / put method will receive a direct error when entering the word "[dot]htaccess" replace [dot] with a real dot. Due to a limitation in the software, this will not go away any time soon. Removing this security would result in possible compromising of site.
Symptoms:
Typing in the word [dot]htaccess generates a 403 error in either search bar or Edit text menu.
Work Around:
Don't use the word [dot] htaccess in your web pages....
